What happens when a dentist decides to align himself with a network of dental professional across the country?
Good things. He or she benefits because they have a support team behind them. Someone else takes care of all the admin needs like payroll, human resources, hiring, rent deals, insurance credentialing. How does that benefit the patients?
A dentist who has decided to associate him or herself with Bright Now Dental! must meet certain criteria and have the proper credentials. They don't just accept anyone into their network. With over 300 offices nationwide associated with them and growing, their reputation has been built on providing the best in dental care, be it general dentistry, children's tooth care, orthodontist services or cosmetic dentistry.
And often times, you can find all of them working together in the same clinic. That means less of a bother for you. Here are what some patients have said -
My vists to the office have always been good the dr. is very caring and takes the time to explain my dental needs to me . i have recomened my family to see her and they are happy as well. i would recomend her to others as well. (Real patient- typos not corrected.)
I had a very pleasant experience at this office. The Doctor and the staff are very professional and explained all the procedures well in advance. I had also taken my kids to the Dentist for their first dental check up and they had a very positive experience. I had no problems w.r.t to billing and I have referred many friends to this office. They too have been very happy with the treatment received. The doctor is very friendly and patient. She is more than happy to explain and answer any questions about the treatment.

The staff was really friendly, and very conscious of my comfort. I appreciated that Dr. Mehlhoff was gentle with me during my exam and that the assistant was quick with the X-Rays. Although I'll miss my old dentist (in CA), I'm glad I found someone gentle and honest with me.
There were people who felt as if too many services and options were suggested upon their initial consultation or were upset when their dentist moved to join a larger group. But many also saw the wisdom of getting specialist consults right there, and of having a huge network of professionals available to help them with appointments, insurance hassles and billing issues, and the opportunity to book appointments for the whole family.
One patient had to move to a new city. The idea of finding a new dentist can be terrifying. However, the dentists he had seen most of his life back home has joined the Bright Now Dental! group. All he had to do was have them contact a Bright Now Dental! dentist in his new city, Boulder. Colorado. Records were transferred without a hitch. He was confident he was being hooked up with a quality dentist and his first visit confirmed it. He wrote -
These are just some of the advantages of using a Bright Now Dental! networked dentist or specialist. In your area they may also be under the name Monarch, or Castle or Newport. In the past few years, all of these group have become aligned with the Bright Now Dental! Dental group. Most patients have found that to be an improvement.
Large conglomerates have their good points, and understandably their bad ones. A large waiting room and seeing five to six people or more behind huge counters can seem intimidating and impersonal. That is until you go back and realize you are seeing the same dentist, hygienists and techs each time. Then you realize you have the best of both worlds going for you.
One patient said the regular dentist did routine x-rays and asked her if it was alright if he called in a specialist to look at them to determine if her wisdom teeth should be extracted. To her pleasant surprise, a few minutes later around the corner came the specialist. She figured she would have to make an appointment somewhere else and take more time off of work. He looked at them, took his time and explained to her all her options, including waiting, which she chose to do. Convenient, patient orientated, all encompassing care is what she experienced.
Sure, there are great dentists out here in one practice offices. But to find one that accepts your insurance plan, has immediate access to professionals and other dental specialists, uses their own special laboratory and can assist you in all your dental needs under one roof is an advantage many people are happy to have.
